GE Aviation Systems Suzhou started in July 2004 with Sheet Metal as its first production line and was previously part of Smiths Aerospace Components, and joined GE in May 2007. With an increase trend of transferred projects from Hamble, Wolverhampton, Arle Court, GE Aviation Systems Suzhou has achieved a healthy rapid growth over the past 4 years and started to make profit in 2008. Supported by a stable delivery this year with 15% revenue growth at a monthly basis, it achieved a profitable growth of $1M in the first-half of 2008. Its new facility project is now under way in Suzhou Industrial Park Export Processing Zone, which expects a construction area of 18000 square meters. Position Title: Operation Management Leadership Program (OMLP)

Primary Responsibilities:

• OMLP member experience the entire NPI process, manufacturing practices, plant operation, engineering supports through structured course work and practical application.
• Coursework includes: Tollgate process, engineering systems, Sourcing Management, Manufacturing Operations, Project Management Skills, Environmental Health and Safety, etc. Members are also certified in Six Sigma.
• Will have three or four job rotations during the two-year program: Possible job rotations may include: leading NPI process and/or production team; improving efficiency of NPI management and lean production; supporting engineering effort in NPI process., etc.
• OMLP is designed to successfully integrate manufacturing with other key processes in GE. Will involve in projects such as Process Management, NPI, etc.

Qualifications Required:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise the loop check and the Commissioning and start-up phase performing the various running conditions;
• Check the proper and safe operation of machines by evaluating the running parameters and troubleshoot system problems as they arise;

第一步：网上申请

GE公司通常会在校园宣讲会开始前一个月左右(希望今后能更早), 在校园BBS和就业网上发布招聘职位信息, 希望同学们通过GE官方网站投递简历。

注意事项：
1. 在职位发布初期，由于申请同学很多，会造成网络拥挤，请同学们尽量避开网络使用高峰时段。
2. 希望同学们尽量早进行网申，不要等到最后过了截止日期，或者到宣讲会时才投递简历，大部分得到面试机会的候选人均是在网上申请的。
Healthcare 申请截止日期：11月20日。
CTC 申请截止日期：12月31日。

第二步：电话面试及通知

GE公司人力资源部门通常会在校园宣讲会开始前一至两周内进行简历的筛选工作，有些业务集团还将进行简短的电话面试进行进一步筛选，然后在宣讲会及面试前一至三天内通过电话/电子邮件通知经过筛选的候选人来参加面试。

注意事项：GE公司不对大学生招聘开展笔试初选，我们也不设立网上系统机器筛选简历。

第三步：面试

GE公司通常会在办公室、酒店或学校组织面试，时间在宣讲会后第二天至二十天内。

两至三轮面试：
第一轮：群面
第二轮：通过群面的候选人在当天进行单面；
第三轮：有些业务集团会在通过第二轮单面的候选人中再进行面试筛选，从而最终确定入选者。
