I、Title: site support analyst:

1、telephone system, telecom and security operation support
2、Cooperate with Asia-Pac telecom & security team and global Network Management Center team to monitor daily operation

Qualifications and relevant experience
• Deep knowledge of PBX, Telecom and Security technology is a must
• Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems is a must
• Knowledge of general IT infrastructure support is required
• Knowledge of applications is highly preferred
• Experience in multinational companies is preferred
• Unabated passion for new technology
• Flexibility in regards to work schedule and travel.
• IT bachelor degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Good teamwork across different sites and divisions
• Ability to work under high pressure and tight schedule
• Technical skills and knowledge in IT infrastructure field




II. Security Support Analyst Asia Pac

• Provide daily security support to both Business and our company in Asia Pac. The support includes security change management and security issue resolution. Ensure the service level agreements are met and no business disruption caused by security issues.
• Provide professional assistance and consultancy to live site VIRSA project.
• Continuously carry out security monitor and identify security segregation of duties.
• Design and rollout security scorecard in Asia Pac.
• Continuously improve system to meet business’ growing requirements.
• Design and carry out security training in Asia Pac.
• Improve standard operational procedures.



III. FI/CO Support Analyst

The SAP Finance Functional Support Analyst will work in a global environmen
• Provide high quality service to live sites users in terms of trouble shooting, root cause analysis and solution delivery;
• Involve in system upgrade and new functionality delivery;
• Work closely with business user to understand business needs and manage relationship with key users
